I believe that quality research strengthens community capacity and increases social impact by clarifying community needs, surfacing best practices, revealing opportunities, and identifying implementation challenges. 

I partner with organizations to design or refresh programs—grounding them in trauma-informed care, research, crafting clear logic models and theory-of-change tools, and developing practical, evidence-informed evaluation plans. 

Change is inevitable and difficult, but the challenges that come with it can be mitigated.  I support organizations in staying on track and equip leadership with the framework necessary to ensure the vision remains clear and staff stay committed.

Leadership can be lonely and challenging or invigorating and supportive. I work with leaders to ensure that they have the tools necessary to navigate hurdles in leadership leaving individuals feeling invigorated by their work.
