I specialize in helping mid-level leaders in the homeless sector build strong, grounded teams — even when resources are tight and upper management is focused on the big picture— so staff can show up energized and actually enjoy coming to work.
I'm passionate about this because so often superstar frontline staff receive a promotion they haven't been trained for and don't know how to do well. Suddenly, that amazing frontline staff no longer looks like "leadership material". I will help your freshly (or not so freshly) promoted team leader or manager to do their best in the uniquely difficult role of middle management. I will coach them in developing their leadership style and help them understand what it means to both advocate for frontline and execute for upper management.
